Barracuda Networks has announced major enhancements to its AI-powered BarracudaONE platform, designed specifically to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) strengthen threat response, simplify daily operations, and scale their businesses efficiently.

The updates introduce bulk remediation for email threats, PSA integrations for automated billing and invoicing, and streamlined account management — all aimed at improving speed, precision, and profitability for MSP partners.

• PSA integrations for automated billing: The platform now connects with six leading PSA tools — including Autotask by Datto, ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, Kaseya BMS, Pulseway PSA, and Syncro — automating billing and invoicing to reduce manual errors and accelerate revenue cycles.
• Streamlined account management: Integration with the Barracuda MSP application simplifies account management, enhances visibility, and reduces context switching for improved productivity.

Built as a unified, AI-powered cybersecurity management platform, BarracudaONE offers MSPs a centralized dashboard to manage solutions, accounts, licenses, and threats across multiple environments — covering products such as Barracuda Email Protection and Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.

The latest capabilities are available now at no additional cost to Barracuda partners.
