The deployment marks an internal transformation, with Coforge adopting the platform to standardise and scale HR operations across geographies.
The company has consolidated key HR processes, including onboarding, background verification, learning, and performance management, into a unified system.
These workflows are integrated with existing learning platforms, verification systems, and core HR tools to improve consistency and reduce manual intervention.
Coforge, SVP-cloud business, Ashish Kumar, said the adoption of ServiceNow AI-powered HRSD demonstrates how global organisations can modernise employee experience while maintaining execution discipline at scale.
As part of the rollout, Coforge has deployed AI agents to automate and optimise HR functions.
These include predictive onboarding, personalised learning pathways, automated goal-setting, and real-time performance analytics.
The platform uses GenAI-enabled workflows, along with automation and self-service capabilities, to streamline service delivery and reduce turnaround times.
Employees can access HR services through a unified portal, while HR teams gain visibility into service performance, request volumes, and employee interactions.
