DXC opens AI-first customer experience centre in Bengaluru to accelerate enterprise AI deployments
The new facility brings together customers, partners and DXC consultants to co-create, test and scale AI solutions while integrating cloud, cybersecurity and enterprise operations under one roof.
DXC Technology has opened a new AI-first Customer Experience Centre in Bengaluru, expanding its India presence with a 200,000 sq. ft. facility designed to help enterprises move from AI experimentation to production-scale deployments.
The centre serves as one of DXC's largest global delivery hubs and forms part of the company's broader strategy to create collaborative environments where customers, partners and DXC consultants can jointly identify high-value AI use cases, develop solutions and accelerate enterprise adoption.
Rather than functioning as a traditional demonstration centre, the facility is designed as a co-innovation hub where organisations can prototype AI applications, integrate them into existing enterprise environments and validate deployments before scaling them across production environments.
The opening expands DXC's global network of customer collaboration centres as enterprises look to integrate AI into core business systems instead of treating it as standalone technology.
Located in one of Bengaluru's major technology corridors, the facility combines customer engagement spaces with engineering and operational capabilities to support AI-led enterprise transformation.
The centre includes Customer Experience Zones, Ideation Studios, Co-Creation Labs, Fluid Collaboration Hubs and Partner Experience Zones where customers, partners and DXC teams can work together on solution design and implementation.
According to the company, the objective is to help organisations shorten the journey from AI concepts to deployable enterprise solutions by enabling direct collaboration throughout the development process.
DXC Technology president, consulting and engineering services, Ramnath Venkataraman, said the company's engineering expertise remains central to helping customers translate AI initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
"Our new Customer Experience Centre brings together our exceptional engineering talent in a space designed for deeper collaboration with customers and partners, where we can co-create, engineer, and scale AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges," he said.
He added that working alongside customers throughout the innovation process enables organisations to move quickly from ideas to business outcomes.
AI, security and operations under one roof
At the centre of the facility is DXC's flagship AI Hub, where enterprises can develop, test and validate AI solutions before deploying them into production environments.
The company said the AI Hub will help customers prioritise business use cases, rapidly prototype applications and integrate AI into existing systems of record and enterprise operations.
Beyond AI development, the facility also houses a Cyber Range, Digital Forensics Labs, Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Network Operations Centre (NOC), allowing customers to evaluate AI deployments alongside operational resilience and cybersecurity requirements.
DXC said combining consulting, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity and operational capabilities within a single environment enables enterprises to move through the complete AI lifecycle, from ideation and solution design to deployment, monitoring and optimisation.
The company also expects the centre to support customers modernising core enterprise environments through AI while maintaining governance, security and operational continuity.
Strengthening India's role in DXC's AI strategy
The Bengaluru facility reflects DXC's continued investment in India and is intended to support customers looking to integrate AI into existing technology environments while enabling partners to collaborate more closely on enterprise transformation programmes.
DXC Technology’s president, Asia Pacific & Japan, Rob Le Busque, said the facility brings together the company's consulting, engineering and operations capabilities to help customers accelerate AI adoption.
"Our new Customer Experience Centre represents a powerhouse for AI innovation, engineering excellence, and customer collaboration," he said.
He added that by combining consulting, engineering and operational expertise in a single environment, DXC aims to help organisations build connected enterprises where people work alongside AI agents to manage and operate core business systems.
The opening also reflects a broader shift among enterprise technology providers towards creating collaborative AI innovation centres where customers and ecosystem partners can jointly design, validate and scale production-ready AI solutions rather than limiting engagement to technology demonstrations.
