Hexaware becomes Anthropic authorised reseller for Amazon Bedrock, expands end-to-end AI services

The partnership enables Hexaware to sell, integrate and support Anthropic's Claude models while strengthening its AI implementation, governance and managed services capabilities for enterprise customers.

Hexaware Technologies has become an Anthropic authorised reseller for Amazon Bedrock, enabling the IT services company to sell, integrate and support Anthropic's Claude large language models directly for enterprise customers.

The authorisation places Hexaware among a select group of global companies authorised to resell Claude through Amazon Bedrock and strengthens its strategy of delivering end-to-end AI services.

Enterprises now look for partners that can manage the complete AI lifecycle, from model selection and deployment to governance, integration and managed services.

With the new authorisation, Hexaware will provide enterprises with direct access to Claude models while combining them with consulting, system integration, application development and ongoing operational support.

The company said the agreement simplifies enterprise procurement and allows customers to access AI models through a single commercial framework backed by implementation and support services.

Hexaware said the partnership reinforces its AI-first strategy by extending its capabilities across the entire AI lifecycle.

Beyond providing access to Claude models, the company will support customers with model customisation, enterprise integration, governance, change management and managed AI services.

The company will also help organisations deploy retrieval augmented generation (RAG), custom prompt engineering and domain-specific AI implementations to improve performance across enterprise workloads.

According to Hexaware, customers will also receive consolidated billing, SLA-backed support and a single commercial engagement model.

The company said these capabilities will help reduce deployment complexity while helping organisations accelerate AI adoption across business operations.

Targets regulated industries

Hexaware expects the partnership to strengthen its presence across highly regulated industries where AI adoption requires stronger governance and security controls.

The company plans to support customers across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation and retail using Claude's enterprise-focused AI capabilities.

Potential use cases include intelligent document processing, compliance automation, customer service, clinical data summarisation, supply chain intelligence and AI-assisted software engineering.

Hexaware’s president and global head of digital IT operations and AI, Siddharth Dhar, said the authorisation reflects the company's foundational AI capabilities and growing customer demand for enterprise-grade AI deployments.

He added that Claude's safety-focused architecture makes it particularly suitable for organisations operating in regulated environments where governance and reliability remain critical.

Focus shifts to enterprise AI execution

Hexaware said it is also expanding internal investments to support enterprise AI deployments at scale.

The company has established a dedicated AI Centre of Excellence to support AI strategy, architecture and implementation across its global delivery network.

It is also prioritising AI adoption across software development, cybersecurity and private equity transformation initiatives.

As enterprises evaluate multiple foundation models, technology partners are differentiating themselves through implementation expertise, governance capabilities and managed services rather than model access alone.

For customers, the value proposition is shifting towards partners that can integrate foundation models into existing enterprise environments while addressing security, compliance and operational requirements.

For the channel ecosystem, the partnership also highlights how AI engagements are becoming more services-led.

Rather than simply providing access to AI models, partners are expected to help customers design AI strategies, integrate models into business applications, manage governance frameworks and provide ongoing optimisation.
