LTM partners Anthropic to build enterprise delivery capabilities around Claude
The company will integrate Claude into BlueVerse, train thousands of AI specialists and establish a dedicated Centre of Excellence for enterprise deployments.
LTM has partnered with Anthropic to help enterprises accelerate adoption of Claude across software engineering, application modernisation and business workflows.
The collaboration will combine Anthropic's Claude, Claude Code and Claude Cowork with LTM's enterprise implementation capabilities to help customers move AI initiatives from pilot projects to production deployments.
The partnership will initially focus on customers in banking and financial services (BFSI), high-tech, consumer and manufacturing sectors.
As part of the partnership, LTM will integrate Claude and Claude Code into its BlueVerse AI Delivery Fabric, which serves as the company's enterprise AI implementation platform.
The platform will support AI-led software engineering, application modernisation, agent orchestration, site reliability engineering (SRE), observability and chaos engineering.
By embedding Claude into BlueVerse, LTM aims to provide enterprises with a unified implementation layer for deploying AI across software development and operations while improving productivity, quality and delivery transparency.
LTM said BlueVerse will connect Claude with enterprise delivery workflows, enabling customers to access AI capabilities across engineering, modernisation and operational processes through a common platform.
The company expects the integration to help customers improve software delivery, modernise legacy applications and adopt AI more consistently across enterprise technology environments.
LTM will also expand its AI1000 talent programme to train and deploy thousands of Claude-certified architects and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
The programme will help build enterprise implementation capabilities by preparing specialists who can support customers from AI assessment and solution architecture through implementation, deployment and continuous improvement.
The company said these specialists will help organisations move beyond proof-of-concept projects and scale AI deployments across business and technology functions.
Dedicated Claude centre of excellence
As part of the collaboration, LTM will establish a dedicated Claude Centre of Excellence (CoE) to develop reusable enterprise assets, including AI skills, agentic minimum viable products (MVPs), reference architectures and implementation playbooks for cloud-native and platform-based applications.
The CoE will also provide governance for responsible AI adoption, agent lifecycle management, model governance and compliance with enterprise data privacy and residency requirements while keeping customer deployments aligned with new Claude capabilities.
Beyond customer projects, LTM will integrate Claude, Claude Code and Claude Cowork into its own delivery organisation. The company expects this to standardise AI adoption across software development lifecycles while creating continuous feedback that will further strengthen its BlueVerse platform and Claude Centre of Excellence.
Anthropic’s managing director of international, Chris Ciauri, said LTM combines enterprise delivery expertise, trained talent and long-standing customer relationships across industries.
"LTM is embedding Claude and Claude Code in BlueVerse, bringing trusted frontier AI technology to the centre of how they do what they do best — help their clients build, modernise, and run their software," he said.
LTM’s CEO and managing director, Venu Lambu, said the partnership will help enterprises translate AI investments into measurable business outcomes.
"Combining Claude with LTM's BlueVerse ecosystem, deep domain expertise, technology capabilities and AI1000 talent initiative creates a powerful foundation for enterprises to embed AI across their business and modernise at scale," Lambu said.
The companies will also pursue joint go-to-market initiatives focused on enterprise AI adoption and business transformation.
LTM said it will continue expanding internal adoption of Claude across its delivery model to establish consistent AI adoption patterns and improve software development productivity.
The partnership reflects a shift among global systems integrators from offering access to foundation models towards building enterprise delivery capabilities, implementation frameworks and skilled talent needed to help customers deploy AI at scale.
