Mindsprint partners monday.com for integrated operations ahead of Wipro’s pending acquisition
Focuses on unifying ITSM, CRM, and work management workflows on a single platform.
Mindsprint has partnered with monday.com to deliver integrated digital operations solutions, combining workflow automation with enterprise transformation capabilities.
The partnership brings together monday.com’s AI-powered work platform with Mindsprint’s expertise in process re-engineering, implementation, and integration.
Under the agreement, Mindsprint will deploy solutions spanning IT service management (ITSM), customer relationship management (CRM), and work management (WM), unified within the monday.com ecosystem.
The announcement comes days after Wipro signed a definitive agreement on April 5, 2026, to acquire Mindsprint from Olam Group for US$375 million in cash.
The deal is expected to close by June 30, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, including antitrust clearances in Saudi Arabia and Australia.
The current partnership aims to move organisations away from fragmented systems toward a connected operating environment, where workflows across functions are managed on a single platform.
“At Mindsprint, we partner with platforms that align with how enterprises are evolving,” said Nitesh Mirchandani, chief business officer at Mindsprint.
The company said the integration is designed to reduce operational complexity while improving visibility and control across business processes.
Focus on unified workflows and real-time operations
The partnership focuses on embedding AI-driven workflows into day-to-day operations, enabling organisations to automate processes and act on real-time data.
monday.com provides the underlying platform to unify workflows across departments, while Mindsprint delivers implementation and domain-led transformation to align the platform with enterprise requirements.
Together, the companies aim to help organisations break down silos between IT, customer-facing, and operational teams, improving coordination and execution.
“By combining our AI platform with Mindsprint’s expertise, businesses can reduce complexity, gain real-time insights, and scale more efficiently,” said Chris Jordan, regional vice president and country manager for ASEAN and India at monday.com.
The companies said the model enables organisations to operationalise transformation by integrating workflows, improving decision-making, and enabling more agile ways of working.
The platform will support enterprises looking to adopt modern operating models without the complexity associated with large-scale systems.
For Mindsprint, the partnership expands its role from implementation to delivering integrated, platform-led operations across enterprise functions.
For monday.com, the collaboration strengthens its positioning as an enterprise workflow platform, extending beyond task management into core business operations.
However, the monday.com–Mindsprint partnership announcement does not reference the pending ownership change, even as it positions Mindsprint as the delivery partner for integrated ITSM, CRM, and work management solutions.
For monday.com, the structure of the partnership post-acquisition remains unclear. Neither company has indicated whether the engagement will continue under Mindsprint, transition to a broader Wipro-led alliance, or change after the deal closes.
