Neeraj Bhatia joins Dhanyaayai as Global CEO to build partner-led AI transformation ecosystem for enterprises
After years across global vendor organisations, Bhatia transitions to a partner-led leadership role, with a focus on helping enterprises adopt and operationalise AI in a practical, scalable, and responsible way.
Dhanyaayai Enterprise Private Limited has appointed former vice president of sales at ServiceNow, Neeraj Bhatia, as its global chief executive officer.
Bhatia brings nearly three decades of experience across enterprise technology leadership roles at ServiceNow, Elastic, Red Hat, Dell Technologies, Sun Microsystems, CommVault and IBM.
Speaking to CRN India, Bhatia said, “Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to see the enterprise technology industry evolve through multiple waves - infrastructure, cloud, open source, workflow automation, and now AI-led transformation.”
“One thing that became increasingly clear to me is that the next phase of value creation is not going to come from technology alone. It will come from helping enterprises adopt and operationalise AI in a practical, scalable, and responsible way.”
“That’s what made Dhanyaayai interesting to me,” Bhatia added.
Hyderabad-based Dhanyaayai is a technology services company focused on enabling enterprise digital transformation, working with clients across cloud adoption, network modernisation, cybersecurity, and experience transformation for customers and employees.
According to him, enterprises today are looking for far more than implementation support. They need “partners who can help them navigate” business transformation, governance, operational readiness, workforce impact, and the broader organisational changes that AI and autonomous workflows will bring.
Bhati said, “The market opportunity here is much larger than most people currently realise. A lot of the conversation today is still centred around AI experimentation. But over time, the real winners will be organisations that can combine technology expertise with execution capability, domain understanding, strong ecosystem partnerships, and a people-first approach to transformation.”
In this role, he will lead the company’s global strategy and drive its transformation into a next-generation AI and agentic-first services organisation.
Building a partner-led, talent-driven model for AI transformation
Bhatia will focus on scaling enterprise growth, strengthening customer and partner ecosystems, and building delivery capabilities aligned to AI-led transformation across industries.
In his immediate priorities, he outlined three key focus areas.
First, strengthening strategic alignment with technology partners. He noted that the market is evolving rapidly, with “customers seeking measurable business outcomes” rather than platform or tool-centric discussions.
The focus, he said, will be on “working closely with partners to build AI and agentic transformation offerings” that are practical, scalable, and outcome-driven.
Second, investing deeply in talent and capability development. In his view, the future of the channel ecosystem will belong to organisations that can build strong consulting, architectural, governance, and AI adoption capabilities.
While technology will continue to evolve at pace, he emphasised that talent and execution will remain the key differentiators.
Third, continuing to position Dhanyaayai as a trusted transformation partner. As enterprises move toward AI-led operations, he said, they will increasingly require partners who can balance innovation with governance, security, risk management, and organisational change.
According to Bhatia, the channel ecosystem is expected to become far more consultative and transformation-led over the next few years, adding that Dhanyaayai is well-positioned to play an important role in that evolution.
