Neutrinos appoints Tarun Kumar Bisht to expand global hyperscaler and GSI partnerships
The move comes as enterprise software vendors increasingly rely on hyperscalers, GSIs and consulting partners to scale AI-led transformation programmes across global insurance markets.
Neutrinos has appointed Tarun Kumar Bisht as Global Alliance Leader, strengthening its focus on hyperscaler, global system integrator (GSI) and technology partnerships as the company expands its AI-native insurance platform globally.
At Neutrinos, Bisht will lead the company's global alliances strategy, focusing on expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening the partner ecosystem and driving partner-led business growth across international markets.
In a LinkedIn post announcing his appointment, Bisht said he looks forward to working closely with the company's GSI, hyperscaler and technology partners, as well as the broader insurance ecosystem, to help insurance carriers modernise with lower implementation risk and accelerate AI-native transformation.
Neutrinos said Bisht brings extensive experience in strategic alliances, cloud partnerships and partner-led growth.
Throughout his career, he has worked on building technology ecosystems that connect software vendors with hyperscalers, GSIs and enterprise customers, helping expand market reach and accelerate go-to-market execution through collaborative partnerships.
According to the company, his responsibilities will include strengthening existing strategic alliances, expanding the global partner network and helping scale the business through ecosystem collaboration.
For enterprise software companies, alliances have become important as customers move beyond standalone software deployments towards larger transformation programmes that involve multiple technology vendors, consulting organisations and cloud providers.
This has made partner ecosystems an important part of enterprise go-to-market strategies, particularly for AI-led transformation projects where deployment, integration and governance often require expertise spanning several organisations.
Brings experience across cloud and global alliances
Before joining Neutrinos, Bisht served as global head of partnerships at Tinubu, where he was responsible for global partnership strategy across enterprise ecosystems.
Earlier, as director of strategic alliances at Innoveo, he helped build the company's AWS co-sell motion and achieved qualification under the AWS Partner Network (APN), while working closely with global consulting organisations and enterprise partners.
His experience also includes building global partnership programmes involving major system integrators such as TCS, Cognizant and Capgemini, alongside hyperscaler collaborations designed to accelerate enterprise cloud adoption.
Across over 17 years in the technology industry, Bisht has worked across the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific, building alliance programmes focused on cloud platforms, enterprise software and partner-led revenue growth.
This experience is expected to support Neutrinos as it expands relationships across cloud providers, consulting firms and technology partners serving the global insurance industry.
AI transformation drives alliance strategy
The appointment also reflects a broader shift taking place across enterprise software.
As organisations move AI initiatives from experimentation into production, vendors are investing more heavily in partner ecosystems to support implementation, systems integration, governance and industry-specific deployments.
For insurance technology providers, these partnerships have become increasingly important as insurers look to modernise legacy systems, automate business processes and deploy AI across underwriting, claims, customer engagement and policy administration.
By strengthening its alliances organisation, Neutrinos is positioning itself to work more closely with hyperscalers, GSIs and technology partners that play a growing role in delivering enterprise transformation programmes.
The appointment also signals the company's continued investment in partner-led growth, where collaboration across cloud providers, consulting firms and enterprise technology partners is becoming central to scaling AI-native platforms across global markets.
