Online Instruments opens new Bengaluru headquarters to support enterprise AV growth

New facility consolidates the company’s AVSI team along with its in-house brands, LOGIC and Orange Plus, under one roof.

Audiovisual solutions provider, Online Instruments, has inaugurated a new 40,500 square foot headquarters at DNR Altitude in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, marking expansion of company’s enterprise audiovisual (AV) operations.

The new facility consolidates the company’s AVSI team along with its in-house brands, LOGIC and Orange Plus, under one roof.

Strategically located in one of Bengaluru’s fast-growing commercial hubs, the office is designed to support an expanding workforce and strengthen collaboration across engineering, design and deployment teams.

The facility includes immersive experience centres and dedicated collaboration zones, enabling customers and partners to engage directly with the company’s AV solutions portfolio.

Online Instruments’ managing director, Shivanand Mallappa Mahashetti, said, “This new headquarters is not just a change of address; it is a testament to our sustained growth and our vision for the future. As we continue to scale our operations globally and introduce newer technologies to the Indian market, this workspace at DNR Altitude provides the infrastructure we need to innovate and serve our clients better."

Online Instruments delivers end-to-end audiovisual solutions across corporate, manufacturing, aviation, banking, healthcare and retail sectors.

The new headquarters is expected to enhance its ability to demonstrate large-format display systems, collaboration technologies and integrated AV environments for enterprise customers.

Recent acquisition strengthens global delivery footprint

Last month, Online Instruments acquired US-based Level 3 Audiovisual, establishing an operational base in the United States.

The move marks the company’s formal entry into the North American market and expands its ability to serve multinational enterprise clients across regions.

With Level 3 Audiovisual’s engineering teams and program management capabilities now integrated into its broader structure, Online Instruments has expanded its delivery capacity beyond India, the Middle East and Asia.

The combined operations are expected to support more standardised AV deployments for enterprises managing multi-country rollouts.

Mahashetti had earlier stated that the acquisition strengthens execution capabilities in the U.S. market while aligning delivery processes across regions.

As per the earlier statement, Level 3 Audiovisual will continue operating under its existing brand and leadership, while aligning with Online Instruments’ broader operational framework.
