Pegasystems invests ₹60 crore in Bengaluru hub, launches executive briefing centre for partners and customers

Enterprise AI software company Pegasystems is deepening its India investment strategy with the launch of a new Bengaluru facility built at an investment exceeding ₹60 crore, as the company looks to strengthen customer engagement, innovation and engineering capabilities in what it describes as one of its most important global markets.

Alongside the new facility, Pega has launched a dedicated Executive Briefing Center aimed at bringing customers, partners and senior business leaders closer to the company's technology, product roadmap and innovation initiatives.

The facility will host executive discussions, solution demonstrations, roadmap sessions, advisory engagements and partner collaborations, indicating Pega's growing focus on helping organisations accelerate digital transformation and AI adoption through closer engagement with business and technology leaders.

The investment marks one of Pega's largest infrastructure expansions in India and comes at a time when enterprises across sectors are increasing investments in artificial intelligence, workflow automation, customer engagement and operational transformation.

The company said the new office reinforces India's role as a critical part of its global growth strategy and positions Bengaluru as a key destination for engineering excellence, customer engagement and business development activities across Asia-Pacific and other international markets.

Strengthening customer and partner engagement

Unlike traditional office expansions focused primarily on workforce growth, Pega's Bengaluru investment is centred around creating a collaborative environment where customers, partners and technology teams can work together on business transformation initiatives.

Deepak Visweswaraiah, senior vice president and managing director, Pega India, said the new office will help the company deliver high-value customer experiences through live demonstrations, executive-level discussions and strategic engagements.

The new Bengaluru office is approximately 1.5 times larger than Pega's previous facility in the city and expands the company's footprint by around 60 percent.

The inauguration was attended by Karnataka IT and Biotechnology Minister Priyank Kharge, who said the investment reflects continued confidence in Karnataka's technology ecosystem and talent base.

For channel partners, system integrators and enterprise customers, the significance of the investment extends beyond office expansion.
