Persistent brings in Ruchi Kulhari as EVP to tighten enterprise execution

Will work with CEO and leadership team to strengthen execution discipline and AI-led transformation.

Persistent Systems has appointed Ruchi Kulhari as executive vice president (EVP) for enterprise strategy and execution, a role aimed at strengthening execution discipline and leadership alignment as the company scales its global operations.

In this role, Kulhari will work closely with CEO Sandeep Kalra and the executive leadership team to drive the company’s key strategic priorities across business units and functions.

Her mandate includes translating strategy into measurable initiatives, strengthening governance and accountability, and improving execution cadence across the organisation.

She will also lead cross-functional programmes, including AI-led transformation and operating model evolution.

Commenting on her appointment, Persistent Systems’ CEO and executive director, Sandeep Kalra, said, “As Persistent continues to scale globally and deepen our focus on AI-led, platform-driven services, execution excellence and leadership alignment become even more critical. Kulhari joins Persistent from Unisys, where she served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer.

She brings over two decades of experience across enterprise transformation, organisational strategy and human resources, with prior roles at Coforge, Infosys and EXL Services.

The appointment comes as Persistent sharpens its focus on AI-led, platform-driven services and looks to strengthen enterprise-wide execution as it enters its next phase of growth.

Commenting on the appointment, Kalra said the role will be key to ensuring the company delivers its strategic priorities with clarity, speed and accountability.
