Prestige Group partners Autodesk in three year deal to digitise project lifecycle across portfolio

Moves to integrate design, execution, and cost workflows under a unified environment.

Prestige Group has signed a three-year enterprise partnership with Autodesk to digitise end-to-end project lifecycle and standardise execution across its portfolio.

The company will deploy Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and the Autodesk AEC Collection across its residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments to create a unified digital environment.

The move shifts Prestige Group from fragmented systems to a connected platform that integrates design, project management, and execution workflows across stakeholders.

It introduces process standardisation and aligns consultants, contractors, and internal teams under a single digital framework.

Prestige Group’s chief information and digital officer, Vishesh Kaul, said, “By partnering with Autodesk, we are building a connected digital backbone that unifies design and execution across our enterprise. This move enables greater collaboration, improved efficiency, and stronger control across our projects while positioning us for a more sustainable and future-ready growth journey.”

The company aims to improve collaboration, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen control across projects as it scales its portfolio.

As part of the transformation, Prestige Group will implement 4D and 5D capabilities at an enterprise scale.

This integrates design, scheduling, cost, and execution workflows into a single digital environment, enabling teams to manage timelines and budgets alongside design processes.

The approach allows project stakeholders to work on shared data sets, improving coordination and reducing delays caused by siloed systems.

According to the announcement, the deployment positions Prestige Group among the early real estate developers globally to implement 4D and 5D workflows at this scale using Autodesk technologies.

Autodesk said the adoption reflects a shift in the real estate sector toward connected workflows and data-driven decision-making.

“Partnerships of this scale reinforce the growing shift toward design-led, technology-enabled transformation,” said Autodesk India and SAARC, vice president, Kamolika Gupta Peres.

Beyond technology deployment, the initiative focuses on aligning the broader project ecosystem through capability-building and standardised processes.

The company plans to bring external partners, including consultants and contractors, into a digitally integrated framework to improve transparency and execution consistency.

This approach supports real-time visibility into project progress and enables informed decision-making across teams.

It also lays the foundation for scalable operations as Prestige Group expands its development footprint.
