Proofpoint, Concentrix embed security into SOC; India reports highest cyber risk globally
Managed SOC integration strengthens human-centric security as 90 percent of Indian CISOs anticipate a material cyberattack within a year.
Concentrix has partnered with Proofpoint to provide enhanced, human- and agent-centric cybersecurity across APAC, alongside a coordinated go-to-market strategy.
As part of the partnership, Concentrix will integrate Proofpoint’s collaboration security and data protection solutions into its Security Operations Centre (SOC) offerings.
The integration enables enterprises and SMBs to operationalise human- and agent-centric security within managed SOC environments, protecting people, data and digital communications.
The move comes as cyber threats targeting individuals intensify.
According to Proofpoint’s 2025 Voice of the CISO report, 90 percent of Indian CISOs believe their organisation is at risk of experiencing a material cyberattack in the next 12 months, the highest among countries surveyed.
Additionally, 99 percent report losing sensitive data in the past year, significantly higher than the global average of 66 percent.
Talking to partners in Delhi, Proofpoint’s VP of channels and alliances, APJ, Nelson Soon, said the company will double the team in India in 2026.
The partnership allows Concentrix to embed Proofpoint’s collaboration security and data protection capabilities directly into its managed SOC services.
Soon said the partnership extends the company’s platform through trusted SOC services across the region.
By combining human- and agent-centric security with Concentrix’s managed services footprint, enterprises can strengthen cyber resilience while supporting business growth, he added.
This enables customers to deploy and operationalise the platform effectively while aligning cybersecurity strategies with business and customer experience objectives.
As threat actors exploit human vulnerabilities and AI-enabled techniques, enterprises require security architectures that prioritise people and communication channels.
