Redington has entered into a five-year distribution partnership with customer engagement platform provider Resulticks, with the two companies targeting a market opportunity of over USD 150 million across India, the Middle East and Southeast & South Asia (SESA).

The agreement combines Redington's regional channel ecosystem with Resulticks' AI-driven customer engagement platform to expand the adoption of real-time audience engagement technologies across the three regions.

For Redington's partners, the partnership adds a new AI-driven software offering that enables enterprises to manage customer engagement across multiple digital channels using data and automation.

The companies said the collaboration will create new revenue opportunities for channel partners through partner enablement, demand generation and ecosystem development rather than traditional product distribution alone.

As part of the programme, Redington and Resulticks will introduce a structured partner engagement model that includes joint investments in partner training, solution enablement and go-to-market activities.

Partners will also receive performance-based incentives while building capabilities around AI-powered customer engagement technologies.

Redington said the partnership will support the expansion of Resulticks' business across India and the Middle East, while also helping grow its presence across South East and South Asia through Redington's regional partner ecosystem.

The collaboration will be jointly managed from Dubai, India and Singapore.

Redington’s global head, software solutions group, Sayantan Dev, said organisations are looking for AI-powered platforms that help them engage customers in real time and make better business decisions.

He said bringing Resulticks into Redington's software portfolio gives channel partners an opportunity to expand their solution offerings while developing new capabilities around AI-driven customer engagement.

"It also creates meaningful new opportunities for partners to grow by expanding their solution portfolios, building new capabilities and unlocking stronger revenue potential," Dev said.

Access to a broad regional partner ecosystem

Resulticks provides an AI-powered platform that combines customer data, analytics and engagement into a single system, allowing enterprises to orchestrate real-time interactions across the customer journey.

Resulticks’ CEO Redickaa Subrammanian said enterprises are rethinking how they use data and AI to build stronger customer relationships, increasing demand for integrated engagement platforms.

She said working with Redington gives the company access to a broad regional partner ecosystem that can help customers deploy the technology across multiple markets.

Redington’s managing director and group CEO, V. S. Hariharan, said the partnership reflects the company's strategy of expanding beyond traditional IT distribution by helping partners deliver emerging technologies.

He said the combination of Redington's market reach, partner network and Resulticks' AI-driven engagement platform is intended to create new business opportunities for partners while helping enterprises improve customer engagement.

The agreement further strengthens Redington's software portfolio as the distributor continues to expand beyond infrastructure and hardware into AI, cloud and enterprise software, giving partners additional opportunities to build recurring services and solution-led business around emerging technologies.
