Redington to distribute Zoom’s AI-powered collaboration portfolio in India
Partnership expands channel access to collaboration, telephony and customer experience offerings through Redington’s reseller ecosystem.
Redington Limited has partnered with Zoom to distribute the company’s AI-powered collaboration and customer experience portfolio across India.
The partnership expands Zoom’s reach through Redington’s reseller ecosystem and gives partners access to a unified platform covering collaboration, telephony, customer experience and AI capabilities.
“Excited to announce the launch of our new distributor Redington India to the Zoom Channel ecosystem. This collaboration brings Zoom’s unified, AI-work platform to organisations across India through Redington’s strong reseller network,” said Zoom’s head of APAC Partners, Jacob Pereira, in a LinkedIn post announcing the partnership.
The move comes as organisations look to simplify communication environments that often consist of multiple disconnected tools and platforms.
Through Redington, partners will be able to offer Zoom’s integrated platform that combines workplace collaboration, cloud telephony and customer engagement services under a single architecture.
The platform also includes Zoom AI Companion, which is embedded across the portfolio and designed to support day-to-day productivity and workflow automation.
The partnership is expected to create opportunities for channel partners serving enterprises that are evaluating AI adoption alongside workplace modernisation and customer experience initiatives.
For customers, the offering aims to reduce operational complexity by consolidating multiple communication and engagement functions on a single platform.
The collaboration also places a stronger focus on regulated industries and organisations handling sensitive business data.
Redington will support customers throughout the deployment lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation support and expansion of services as requirements evolve.
The distributor’s existing enterprise reach and channel network are expected to help Zoom expand its presence across large enterprises and mid-market organisations in India.
Structured go-to-market framework
Beyond product distribution, the partnership introduces a structured go-to-market framework for partners.
This includes deal registration support, co-branded demand generation activities and partner enablement through Zoom’s Zoom Up programme.
The initiative will help partners build technical and sales capabilities around Zoom’s collaboration, communications and customer experience portfolio.
The partnership reflects growing demand among enterprises for integrated platforms that combine communication, customer engagement and AI-driven productivity tools.
Many organisations continue to operate separate systems for meetings, telephony, contact centres and customer interactions, creating management complexity and fragmented user experiences.
By bringing these capabilities together through a single platform and expanding channel availability through Redington, Zoom aims to strengthen its position in India’s enterprise communications market while creating new business opportunities for partners.
For Redington, the addition of Zoom broadens its collaboration and workplace technology portfolio at a time when enterprises are increasing investments in AI-enabled productivity and customer engagement solutions.
