Tech Mahindra joins Vodafone Business' UK transformation partner ecosystem

The partnership combines Vodafone's connectivity and digital infrastructure with Tech Mahindra's AI, cloud and systems integration capabilities.

Vodafone Business has signed an agreement with Tech Mahindra as part of its effort to build a specialist partner ecosystem for UK enterprises seeking to modernise operations, adopt emerging technologies and accelerate digital transformation.

The agreement brings together Vodafone Business' enterprise connectivity, security and digital infrastructure capabilities with Tech Mahindra's expertise in AI-led transformation, systems integration, digital engineering and managed services.

Rather than a conventional technology partnership, the framework establishes a formal model for executive engagement, co-innovation and go-to-market collaboration between the two organisations.

Under the partnership, Vodafone Business and Tech Mahindra will jointly develop industry-focused offerings that combine technologies, including AI, automation, private 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud and data analytics.

The aim is to help customers modernise technology environments, improve resilience and create new business models.

By combining enterprise services, digital infrastructure and industry-specific technology expertise, Vodafone Business is looking to provide customers with access to a broader set of capabilities beyond connectivity and networking services.

The partnership also builds on VodafoneThree's £11 billion investment programme to create what it describes as the UK's best network for businesses, providing organisations with digital infrastructure that can support future growth and modernisation initiatives.

The agreement establishes a structured approach to identifying opportunities where the two companies' complementary strengths can help organisations simplify operations, modernise technology platforms and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Tech Mahindra brings AI and transformation expertise

For Tech Mahindra, the partnership strengthens its position in the UK market, where it already has an established presence across telecommunications, cloud, AI and digital transformation services.

According to the companies, Tech Mahindra's role will focus on helping organisations move from technology adoption towards enterprise-scale transformation by combining AI, automation, engineering and industry expertise.

Tech Mahindra’s president and head of Europe Business, Harshul Asnani said the partnership combines the companies' complementary capabilities to support enterprise transformation.

Vodafone Business contributes connectivity, digital infrastructure and security expertise, while Tech Mahindra provides consulting, integration, engineering and managed services capabilities.
