Tech Mahindra partners StackGen to automate cloud infrastructure, SRE and observability operations
The companies plan joint go-to-market, sales enablement and customer success initiatives in Q2 2026 as they expand AI-driven cloud operations capabilities for enterprises.
Tech Mahindra has partnered with StackGen to bring AI-driven automation capabilities for cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering (SRE) and observability operations to enterprise customers.
The partnership integrates StackGen’s Autonomous Operations Platform into Tech Mahindra’s cloud delivery practice, enabling enterprises to automate cloud operations while maintaining governance, compliance and security controls.
Through the partnership, Tech Mahindra customers will gain access to StackGen’s Aiden platform, which provides automation across infrastructure provisioning, incident management and observability workflows.
The platform will help organisations address growing operational complexity as AI adoption increases demand on cloud infrastructure, development pipelines and production environments.
Support cloud infrastructure automation
One component of the platform focuses on infrastructure automation. It enables automated Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) generation, policy enforcement and self-service infrastructure provisioning to reduce manual effort for cloud teams.
The platform supports deployments across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud environments.
According to the companies, enterprises can deploy the platform without disrupting existing DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines or developer workflows.
Tech Mahindra’s chief technology officer, Sham Arora, said enterprises are looking to scale AI-led cloud transformation while maintaining governance, reliability and operational agility across increasingly complex environments.
He said fragmented operations and manual infrastructure processes continue to slow innovation, making automation a key requirement for modern cloud operations.
The platform also includes capabilities for SRE teams managing large-scale cloud environments. These include anomaly detection, alert enrichment, incident prioritisation and root cause analysis.
According to StackGen, the platform can detect anomalies faster than traditional monitoring approaches while helping reduce alert fatigue and operational overhead for engineering teams.
The system uses service-level objective (SLO)-based prioritisation and incorporates human oversight into remediation processes.
Another focus area of the partnership is observability management. The platform combines logs, metrics, traces and application performance monitoring within a single environment to provide a consolidated view of application and infrastructure performance.
StackGen said the platform supports over 300 integrations and can help enterprises reduce reliance on fragmented observability tools.
The company also claims the platform can lower observability costs compared with commercial alternatives while simplifying management across cloud environments.
Governance embedded into operations
The joint solution includes governance, compliance and security controls embedded throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.
The companies said policy enforcement, cost controls and security governance are applied during infrastructure creation and operations rather than being introduced after deployment.
Tech Mahindra said the platform has been validated for automating module hardening, policy management and cloud operations while maintaining governance requirements.
StackGen’s CEO, Sachin Aggarwal, said the partnership aims to help enterprises adopt AI-driven cloud operations faster while reducing implementation risks through governance-first deployment models.
StackGen’s Autonomous Operations Platform is available immediately through Tech Mahindra’s cloud delivery practice.

Tech Mahindra delivery teams will also complete enablement through StackGen's Center of Excellence integration programme ahead of customer engagements.
