CrowdStrike expands CrowdStrike Marketplace

The CrowdStrike Marketplace has expanded to over 260 listings from 140 partners since its launch a year ago.

When it comes to cybersecurity, having access to the right type of solutions that can fit an organization’s need remains a challenge. Most businesses are aware of the importance of having robust cybersecurity protection. However, the challenge they face is knowing how they can integrate modern and advanced cybersecurity solutions into their existing infrastructure.

To deal with this, cybersecurity vendors engage partners to help businesses understand the cybersecurity ecosystem and make the right choices. Having excess to a cybersecurity ecosystem not only allows organizations to discover what’s available but also have a visibility on how the solutions can benefit them.

Initially launched in Q3, 2023, the CrowdStrike Marketplace primarily functions to help customers optimize their cybersecurity investments. It also helps customers reduce risks associated with siloed tools and complex security stacks and maximize the power of the Falcon platform.

In just a year since its launch, the Marketplace has expanded to include over 260 listings from 140 leading technology partners, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloudflare, Cohesity, NVIDIA, Rubrik and Zscaler.

Additionally, key solution providers like CDW, GuidePoint Security, Optiv and Worldwide Technology (WWT) have joined the Marketplace Private Offer program, enabled listing partners and selected resellers to create customized security solutions tailored for joint customers.

Given the ecosystem’s growth, CrowdStrike has announced an expansion to its CrowdStrike Marketplace. The expansion broadens the Marketplace Private Offer program. This program welcomes transacting solution providers to engage with CrowdStrike Falcon integrated technologies through the CrowdStrike Marketplace.

Put simply, businesses will have an opportunity to discover, try and buy industry leader solutions through the partners they desire in the Marketplace. The Marketplace also assists customers in adopting and integrating more of their cybersecurity solutions and programs with the CrowdStrike Falcon cybersecurity platform.

Despite the major CrowdStrike incident in July, the growth momentum in the Marketplace reflects CrowdStrike’s commitment to delivering seamless, partner-first access to leading technologies, simplifying security operations and accelerating time-to-value through integrated, best-in-class solutions.

According to Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike, the CrowdStrike Marketplace is a powerful catalyst for ecosystem innovation, providing Falcon platform customers with access to cutting-edge technologies that are transforming cybersecurity. Bernard also mentioned that over the last year, the Marketplace has taken flight, aligning our entire ecosystem from ISV to solution providers and resellers around CrowdStrike customers with Falcon-integrated solutions that support our mission to stop breaches.

“With the addition of top global and national resellers, we’re expanding access to leading ISVs, strengthening the Marketplace’s role in aligning the cybersecurity ecosystem around customer success,” said Bernard.

In the Asia Pacific region, Jon Fox Vice President for APJ Channel and Alliances at CrowdStrike believes the expansion of CrowdStrike Marketplace offers immense opportunities for the ecosystem of Asia Pacific & Japan partners to address the diverse needs of businesses throughout the region.

“Through our Marketplace Private Offer program, our APJ partners can create highly customized security offerings for joint customers, and customers in the APJ region get greater access to Falcon-integrated solutions to help them stop breaches,” commented Fox.

Given the need to measure breakout times in minutes, businesses not only need to stop breaches but also do it at the speed of the adversary. There is a growing need to have a unified and open cybersecurity platform to replace the disjointed point products that not only create gaps in protection but also have increasing operating costs.

Through the Marketplace, customers around the world can access CrowdStrike’s extensive technology and services partner ecosystem. This enables organizations to work with partners to identify and implement the best solutions for their business. This includes the ability to seamlessly integrate new technologies, reduce complexity and improve security outcomes.
