Kellton has acquired Kumori Technologies, a specialized ServiceNow services provider as the leading Indian AI-led digital transformation and technology consulting company looks to strengthen its global ServiceNow delivery capabilities.

With the aim of building integrated, intelligent automation ecosystems for enterprises worldwide, the acquisition is part of Kellton’s broader strategy to deepen the company’s expertise in high-demand digital platforms while expanding its ability to support Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth digital-first businesses across markets.
