Lenovo unveils new Asia Pacific One channel leader
Rajesh Thadani was appointed Lenovo’s Asia Pacific One Channel Leader in June 2025.
Lenovo has named Rajesh Thadani as the new Asia Pacific One Channel Leader. Thadani takes over the role from Roy Ng, who has now assumed the new responsibility of commercial leader for Lenovo’s PCSD business.
Thadani previously served as Executive Director of eCommerce for Lenovo Asia Pacific, where he doubled the business and expanded operations from 5 to 11 markets. He also ed Lenovo’s omnichannel evolution by launching loyalty programs, Online-to-Offline (O2O) experiences, the Lenovo Pro SMB Tele Sales transformation, and Customized to Order (CTO) offerings on Lenovo.com.
Apart from a range of leadership roles at Lenovo, Thadani was also Executive Director for Consumer and Online Business in India, and Country Sales Leader at IBM India. With over 30 years of experience in tech, Thadani specializes in sales, business development, and online operations. He excels in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex geographic strategies to drive results.
In his new role, Thadani will be responsible for driving business growth through Lenovo’s One Channel strategy across the Asia Pacific region.

Thadani also highlighted how highlighted how Lenovo drove Japan’s online transformation, launched the NEC commercial business, grew SMB Pro to nearly 50% of total revenue, and introduced innovative capabilities like loyalty programs, CTO, and O2O/OMO. He attributed the to dedication and collaboration of incredible teams.
