Supporting growth in the channel
The hybrid cloud and AI solutions provider recently announced a strong return to the channel with a bold relaunch of its Partner Program. According to a media release, the relaunch underscores Rackspace’s renewed commitment to channel partners.
This includes the introduction of several key enhancements, including the Account Ownership Program, which provides more long-term revenue opportunities for partners while closing industry gaps and promoting deeper engagement. The refreshed program positions Rackspace as a channel-first company and is expected to empower partners with new tools, financial incentives, and co-marketing opportunities to drive business growth.
Apart from that, Rackspace Technology also launched Rackspace OpenStack Flex, an Enterprise-ready, on-demand, shared cloud service providing secure and open Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). Rackspace OpenStack Flex service includes 24x7 expert support and fully monitored and maintained infrastructure to facilitate adoption and ongoing applications operations, helping to bridge the gap between dedicated and multi-tenant cloud solutions.
