Tech Data and Horizon3.ai partner to deliver offensive security across APAC

Tech Data will distribute Horizon3.ai’s NodeZero Offensive Security Platform across the region, enabling partners to strengthen customer defenses against evolving cyber threats.

Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX company, has announced a strategic partnership with Horizon3.ai, a leading provider of offensive security solutions in Asia Pacific. The partnership will see Tech Data distribute Horizon3.ai’s NodeZero Offensive Security Platform across the region.

In a media release, Horizon3.ai stated it selected Tech Data for its strong regional presence, extensive partner ecosystem, and proven ability to scale next-generation technologies across diverse APJ markets.

According to Anand Chakravarthy, Vice President, Advanced Solutions, Tech Data APJ, the partnership gives partners access to a proven offensive security platform that safely executes real attacks to validate exploitability.

“By combining Tech Data’s enablement programs and local expertise with Horizon3.ai’s innovative technology, we are empowering partners to help customers cut through the noise and focus on what attackers can truly exploit,” said Chakravarthy.

Chakravarthy also pointed out how cybersecurity threats continue to grow in both complexity and frequency. Tech Data’s latest Direction of Technology Report shows that 49.2% of partners identify emerging threats as a top challenge when developing or maintaining cybersecurity solutions.

Through the partnership, Tech Data will enable partners to strengthen customer defenses against evolving cyber threats by playing a pivotal role in accelerating adoption by equipping partners with the resources, technical guidance, and localized support they need to build and grow their cybersecurity portfolios.

Horizon3.ai’s NodeZero gives organizations the ability to think like an attacker, safely executing real-world attacks to validate exploitability without causing disruption. This partnership makes the platform broadly accessible to APAC partners for the first time, helping them meet demand for security posture validation, risk reduction, and compliance requirements.

Taking a deeper look at the collaboration, Tech Data partners in the region will benefit from having access to NodeZero’s autonomous pentesting capabilities, unlocking new revenue and services opportunities. They will also have access to enablement programs including sales training, technical workshops, and joint marketing support in local languages.

Tech Data will also enable local distribution, billing (including FX conversion and flexible payment terms), and support services to simplify adoption as well as provide assistance with deployment and integration into customer environments.
