CRN Asia’s Top 30 Most Influential Women Leaders in Tech

This list celebrates the leadership and continued growth of these exceptional women in the tech space in the Asian region.

Female representation in the Asia Pacific tech industry remains below ideal levels. Although the number of women in leadership and executive roles has seen a gradual rise in recent years, there is still significant room for improvement.

In Southeast Asia, women currently make up between 34% and 40% of the overall tech workforce. However, their presence is notably lower in technical positions. Both technology vendors and governments across the region continue to champion initiatives aimed at increasing female participation in the sector.

The list features a mixture of female leaders that have built their careers in the tech industry in Asia. Be it leaders in marketing, technologists or country and regional leaders, these women have also displayed exceptional leadership in their company and in the tech industry as well.
