Nutanix Partner Central a boost for APJ partners
“By unifying key insights, resources, and commercial tools in one place, Nutanix Partner Central allows partners to make faster, more informed decisions, manage performance, and identify new opportunities for growth,” commented Michael Magura, Vice President of Partner Sales, Asia-Pacific & Japan.
The recently announced Nutanix Partner Central is a modern, intelligence-driven platform designed to revolutionise the partner experience. The new platform unifies critical resources, insights, and engagement opportunities in one place, which is expected to help partners sell faster, operate more efficiently, and unlock new opportunities for innovation.
Developed to be in alignment with Nutanix’s big four guiding principles, the vendor believes by bringing the most critical information into one place, Nutanix partners will be much more enabled to serve customers better. Partners can seamlessly connect and collaborate with Nutanix sales teams to drive mutual success.
According to Michael Magura, Vice President of Partner Sales, Asia-Pacific & Japan, Nutanix Partner Central marks a significant evolution in how the vendor collaborates and grow with its partners across Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ).
“Built around our Big Four principles— profitability, product, long-term commitment, and trust—the platform reflects our ongoing investment in simplifying the partner experience and helping them drive sustainable growth. For partners in APJ, it delivers greater visibility, control, and intelligence across their Nutanix business. By unifying key insights, resources, and commercial tools in one place, Nutanix Partner Central allows partners to make faster, more informed decisions, manage performance, and identify new opportunities for growth. With real-time data on deals, incentives, and renewals, partners can capture more value from every engagement and strengthen their profitability,” Magura said.
Maguara also pointed out that as the Nutanix Partner Central continues to evolve, with AI-powered features like PartnerGPT, personalised dashboards, and enhanced renewal insights, it will remain a cornerstone for partner success in the hybrid multicloud era.
Partners in ASEAN
Looking at the ASEAN region, Magura stated that markets are at widely varying stages of digital transformation. While some are still transitioning from traditional infrastructure to hybrid multicloud environments, Magura said others are already advancing towards AI, automation, and cloud-native technologies. As such, this diversity means partners must adapt to a wide range of customer needs and technical readiness.
“This complexity is further heightened by differing regulatory environments, resource availability, and economic conditions across the region. For partners operating in multiple markets, ensuring consistent delivery, maintaining skilled talent, and aligning business models to local realities can be challenging. Nutanix sees these as opportunities for collaboration. Our focus is on helping partners bridge these gaps through enablement, training, and business development initiatives tailored to local markets. By equipping partners with the right capabilities and insights, we can jointly help customers move forward on their digital journeys and unlock the full potential of hybrid multicloud and AI-driven innovation,” Magura explained.
At the same time, Magura believes that there is immense potential for partners in the region with the continued acceleration of digital transformation and AI adoption.
“We’re encouraging partners to expand their focus from legacy infrastructure or virtualisation-based models toward delivering cloud-native, automated, and AI-enabled solutions that meet customers where they are in their hybrid multicloud transformation. This means building deeper expertise in automation, data management, and managed services—capabilities that deliver measurable outcomes and long-term success for customers,” he said.
“Equally important is collaboration and transparency. We see the strongest results when partners engage with us openly, share feedback, and co-innovate to address emerging customer demands. Our goal is to strengthen these relationships, ensuring partners are well-positioned to lead in this next phase of cloud-native transformation and AI innovation,” added Magura.
Partner enablement
For Nutanix, partner enablement is at the heart of its strategy in the region. Through the Nutanix Partner Central and the Elevate Partner Program, Magura stated that Nutanix is providing partners a unified, intelligence-driven environment that helps them sell faster, operate efficiently, and grow profitably.
“Our investments in training, certifications, and co-development reflect our commitment in building a high-performing partner ecosystem. Many of the Nutanix Partner Central’s features were shaped directly by partner feedback. From day one, a select group of partners were involved in the design and early access phases, ensuring the platform met real business needs. This co-development approach reflects our broader philosophy—to stay humble, transparent, and responsive to partner feedback as we evolve together in a rapidly changing cloud and AI landscape,” he said.
Moreover, Magura believes that ensuring that the right partners are part of Nutanix’s ecosystem is critical to long-term success.
“We seek partners who share our vision for helping customers transition from traditional infrastructure to modern, software-defined, and cloud-native environments. With aligned goals and mutual trust, we can unlock the next wave of opportunity across hybrid multicloud, AI, and container-driven innovation,” he concluded.
