PwC picks up seven partner awards at Oracle AI World 2025
In the APAC Partner Awards, PwC picked up the AI Innovation Award and were finalists for three awards in the APAC Service Partner Application categories.
PwC won seven Partner Awards at Oracle AI World 2025 in Las Vegas, including the Global AI Innovation Award and the Global Service Partner SaaS/Apps Customer Success Award. In the APAC Partner Awards, PwC picked up the AI Innovation Award and were finalists for three awards in the APAC Service Partner Application categories.
According to Queenie Eng, Oracle Alliance Leader, PwC South East Asia Consulting, PwC is gearing towards the innovation part in their partnership with Oracle, especially on AI and the work they can see in SaaS.
“When we approach a new client, it's not because we won an award and we are the best to help you out. It’s more of a testimony for us. Most of the time, the clients that enable us for these awards are our referenceable clients. So, it also allows us to ask new clients to talk to them and then get their experience in how they're using it,” Eng said.
At Oracle AI World, PwC also announced its expanded adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) across its global network of firms. By standardizing and scaling Oracle Cloud ERP across its operations, PwC is embracing embedded AI, strengthening financial controls, aligning planning, and streamlining reporting across its business.
In moving beyond legacy systems and embracing AI-driven finance, PwC is bringing greater consistency and transparency to finance operations across its member firms, helping deliver high-quality services to clients worldwide.
“The interesting thing with Oracle’s AI features is that, for example, from a SaaS side, it doesn't cost money to turn it on. So, the conversation we have with customers is very straightforward. As an implementer, we don't charge a fee to turn it on because it's minimal effort. But the other side of the coin is the Oracle Cloud Infra, which is going to build custom AI cases. That is the part where we talk about the ROI. That’s where PwC has an AI coffee session with customers to show them that this is something they can do in a short time frame,” Eng added.
Looking ahead, Eng believes there are a lot of products and technologies that PwC can help with clients on the OCI side. It will also be the direction that they will be moving forward.
Recognizing partners for their success
Apart from PwC, other winners include MPC Cloud Consulting who won the Customer Success Award. KPMG Australia received the Fusion Applications Breakthrough Award and Accenture won the SCM Breakthrough Award. Deloitte also won two awards for the ERP Breakthrough Award and HCM Breakthrough Award.
For the APAC Service Partner Technology/Cloud Award categories, Infosys Technologies Limited won the AI Innovation Award and the Customer Success Award while Bharti Airtel Ltd picked up the Digital Transformation Breakthrough award.
“We've got 17 awards in AI innovation, data platform innovation, breakthrough, engineered systems, industry solutions, partners who have excelled in ERP, in HCM, in CX and more. The basis of the award is not revenue. The basis was the impact. We followed an open water process, and we had judges from solution engineering, cloud engineering, the partner organization, the business owners, and we had three step processes to come to the winners. The winners amplified or exemplified the delivery of what we wanted them to work on. And we will see more of this as we progress through the journey of AI,” commented Lalit Malik, Group Vice President, Head, Alliances & Channels, JAPAC.
