Salesforce picks Appistoki as ASEAN Partner of the Year

“Salesforce Partners are key to our customers’ success, with up to 70% of all Salesforce implementations being led by consulting partners,” says Sujith Abraham, Senior Vice President and General Manager ASEAN at Salesforce.

Salesforce celebrated the success of its partners by announcing several awards at the ASEAN Agentforce Partner Summit. The awards recognize and celebrate the impact these partners have across Southeast Asia as well as their outstanding innovation and transformative solutions in support of Salesforce customers across the region.

Held in Singapore, the Partner Summit brought together partners and leaders from across the Salesforce ecosystem to discuss actionable strategies for how Agentforce will unlock new pathways to success for companies across ASEAN.

The agentic layer of the Salesforce Platform, Agentforce deploys autonomous AI agents across any business function. With Salesforce’s deeply unified platform that combines the power of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Customer 360 applications, businesses, developers, and partners can build autonomous AI agents that will collaborate with humans to achieve unparalleled customer success.

Appistoki was named the overall ASEAN Partner of the Year, in recognition of its partner ecosystem participation and commitment to delivering transformative solutions for customers across the region. Coincidentally, the Singapore-based Salesforce partner was also recently acquired by Novare, who is looking to boost its presence in the region as well.

In accepting the Partner of the Year Award, Abhijeet Kulkarni, Co-Founder & CEO at Appistoki, emphasised that this recognition reflects their commitment to delivering successful business results and creating value across ASEAN.

“We are honoured to be recognized as the ASEAN Partner of the Year for 2024. We are a 100% Salesforce shop, and Salesforce's comprehensive suite of solutions and dedication to enabling partner growth to allow us to deliver unparalleled value to our customers. We look forward to a continued partnership, architecting the success of businesses and helping them thrive in the digital age,” said Kulkarni.

Other winners of the awards include Deloitte winning the Innovation Award for enabling their customer to deliver personalized consumer journeys and create post-purchase experiences that deepen brand love by centralizing customer records and launching a loyalty platform. Meanwhile, PwC bagged the Impact Award for their role in enabling underbanked and underserved minority groups in Malaysia to gain greater access to financial services and fostering greater financial transparency, security and convenience.

PT Metrodata won the Cloud Reseller of the year award. Ignite Idea, who only joined the Salesforce partner ecosystem in the last 12 months, was recognized as a Rising Star for its customer success, growth and impact in its first full year as a new consulting partner. Another partner, Valuehub received the Growth Award for their accelerated scale over the last year, with exceptional customer growth and a significant increase in the number of Salesforce credentialed consultants they trained and supported.

Ranosys won the Customer Success award, recognized for their commitment to customer experience and the exceptionally high positive customer feedback they received over the last year.

“Salesforce Partners are key to our customers’ success, with up to 70% of all Salesforce implementations being led by consulting partners. Partners are key enablers, unlocking growth and new opportunities for customers in the region with Agentforce and our deeply unified platform,” commented Sujith Abraham, Senior Vice President and General Manager ASEAN at Salesforce.
