Mindsprint is a Singapore-headquartered tech firm offering purpose-built AI led solutions to modernize enterprise operations. At SAP NOW AI Tour in Singapore, the SAP Gold Partner announced the successful spwl GROW with SAP to unify and modernize its core business operations across geographies.

The longtime partner continues to be recognized for delivering cloud innovation and managed services to customers in the region. With the adoption of GROW with SAP, Mindsprint will now be able to transform its own internal operations. This includes capabilities to accelerate decision-making processes, increase efficiency, and create a platform for future international growth.

According to Suresh Sundararajan, CEO and Co-Founder, Mindsprint, the tech firm has been able to upgrade its operational and financial systems to an integrated cloud ERP, with GROW with SAP. He added that the integration provides real-time visibility, supports faster decision-making, and enhances operational efficiency.

“This transformation has improved how we track performance, manage projects, and allocate resources, giving us the foundation we need to expand our global footprint with speed and confidence,” said Sundararajan.

Prior to the integration of GROW with SAP, the tech firm faced challenges in critical operations such as customer relationship management, project staffing, and financial reporting. These processes were being managed using a variety of tools leading to limited visibility and manual reconciliations.

As such, Mindsprint recognized the opportunity to streamline and unify its core business processes as it was scaling its operations. Mindsprint deployed GROW with SAP in six months, bringing together its finance, sales, procurement, and operations under one cloud-based ERP.

The implementation included integrations with SAP Concur and SAP Ariba, along with the deployment of robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline reporting and reduce manual workloads. Following the completion of the implementation, Mindsprint has now accelerated its month-end financial reporting processes by 30 to 50 percent, enabled 100 percent system-based revenue recognition, and established end-to-end visibility into staffing, utilization, and project profitability.

For Sundararajan, the implementation of GROW with SAP also helped them shape a broader strategy as an SAP partner.

“By becoming a customer of SAP ourselves, we have strengthened our credibility as partners. We now have an even more detailed firsthand understanding of what transformation takes – not just technically, but operationally, financially and more – and that makes our client engagements that much more impactful,” he said.

As Mindsprint continues to roll out its SAP environment to offices across the US and Asia-Pacific, the company sees GROW with SAP as a crucial foundation for sustainable growth.

In June 2025, Mindsprint opened a new facility in Chennai, featuring a next-gen Customer Experience Centre and Technology Hub designed for innovation at scale. The next phase of workspace expansion is planned in Bangalore, purpose-built to accelerate collaboration, experimentation, and co-creation. Mindsprint also recently opened offices in Sydney, Australia, and New Jersey, US, expanding its global footprint to bring delivery closer to customers.
