The Women of the Channel Leadership Summit is back in Singapore. A gathering for leading women in tech, the premier conference focuses on advancing organizational diversity and championing women in the industry. This unique and engaging event provides an unparalleled opportunity for women in tech to enhance their skills and draw inspiration from trailblazing women making significant impacts today.
While there have been increasing women in leadership positions in both public and private companies in the region, representation in the tech sector still remains challenged. Closing the gender gap, particularly in Southeast Asia, remains a goal for many organizations in the region, with the tech sector hoping to witness the biggest shift.
As such, the Women of the Channel summit provides a platform for women to come together hear from other female leaders on how they can make a difference in their role and also rise as role models to other women in tech around the region.
Taking place in Singapore on the 25th of September, attendees to the summit will benefit from motivational keynotes from female leaders in the region as well as have a glimpse of the cutting-edge tech-trends that are shaping the workforce in the region. There will also be interactive peer panels and engaging networking sessions.
The Women of the Channel Advisory Board will ensure attendees get the most out of their time in the conference. Members of the Advisory Board include Cloudflare’s Ashwini Prasad Krishnamurthy, a seasoned technology sales and alliances leader with nearly two decades of experience driving strategic growth across Asia Pacific and Japan as well as Firesong Initiatives’ Suguna Madhaven, a global business leader with over 30 years of experience driving growth across start-ups, SMEs, and multi-billion-dollar organizations spanning technology, luxury consumer goods, and consulting sectors.
Completing the Advisory Board is Juniper Networks’ Jennifer Keatinge, who has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry and has had the privilege of working across various sectors, from distribution to resellers and now vendor and Kavita May from GTDC who has been instrumental in the leadership, strategic direction and operations of this worldwide industry association dedicated to defining and promoting the role of wholesale distribution. .
Their experience and support will ensure the one-day conference will help women navigate the workplace and achieve their professional, corporate and personal goals.
