monday.com expands presence in Southeast Asia with new Singapore office

With over 1000 customers in Singapore, monday.com commits to the Southeast Asian region with the establishment of a local office and team.

Global software company monday.com opened its new office in Singapore on Wednesday. The new office will serve as the company’s strategic hub for Southeast Asia. With over 1,000 customers in Singapore, the launch of the new office marks the long-term strategic commitment across Singapore and the APAC region.

In a media release, monday.com stated that there will be plans to expand its Singapore team by approximately 4x next year and double down on its regional partner ecosystem, further supporting its customers. With over 20 partners in Southeast Asia, including Acepak Technology and iZeno, monday.com has built a strong foundation and readiness to scale regionally. Some of its prominent customers include Brother International, Unilever, and CloudMile.

According to Dean Swan, Vice President & GM, APJ, at monday.com (pictured above), Southeast Asia’s diverse and dynamic workforce represents the region’s greatest strength. However, as businesses accelerate AI adoption, Swan believes many organizations still struggle to bridge the gap between investment and impact, often unable to harness technology in ways that truly empower their people.

“With our new office in Singapore, our team is now closer to our customers and partners, understanding their unique challenges to drive better outcomes. Our culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus has been key in democratizing the power of AI, helping every team member and not just technical users adopt intelligent tools to drive inclusive growth,” said Swan.

Globally, monday.com has over 250,000 customers that are reimagining how work gets done, driving greater efficiency, and scaling like never before. monday.com also recently announced the next wave of product innovations at Elevate, its annual customer conference. This includes its new agent builder, monday agents, as well as the full availability of its three latest AI capabilities, monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick. It also launched monday campaigns, a new AI-powered product within the monday CRM suite.

To support its continued investment in the SEA region, monday.com is expanding its Singapore-based team and partnerships to cater to the growing needs of its customers.
