Ghosted data: Helping customers uncover hidden value through automation and AI
In a CRN Asia webinar, Laserfiche executives discuss the opportunities for both customers and partners.
Across APAC, countless organizations are haunted by “ghosted data", information that exists somewhere in their systems but remains unseen, unlabeled and underused. For channel partners, this presents both a challenge and an opportunity.
To help organizations uncover the hidden value in their ghosted data, CRN Asia recently ran a webinar with Laserfiche to see how businesses can unlock more value from it. Moderated by Victoria Pavlova, Editor of CRN UK, the webinar focused on how businesses can deal with ghosted data as well as the opportunities for partners in this area.
This session explored how partners can help customers organize and leverage their data using Laserfiche’s AI-powered content management solutions. From automating capture and metadata tagging to building the frameworks needed for smarter insights and compliance, we’ll focus on practical, results-driven strategies. Learn how to reduce costs, boost ROI, and create new managed service opportunities by unlocking the full potential of existing data with Laserfiche.
According to David Everson, Sr. Director, Solutions Marketing at Laserfiche, as AI is all about making work more efficient for organizations, data is the backbone for all the decision making and process automation that enables the AI to run smoothly.
In the webinar, Everson shares real world examples that companies can consider when it comes to getting the most of their data. He also shared the challenges and opportunities companies face when planning their AI journey. For example, some companies are using AI for invoices to extrapolate data. While this is efficient, they can also do a lot more with the data as well.
On concerns with customer data, 46% of Laserfiche’s customers are from the government sector with the financial services and education sector making up the second highest customers they serve. As these regulated industries require high security, data management and security are a top priority for Laserfiche. Laserfiche is also aligned with many global security requirements.
“When you think about data management and security, Laserfiche is predicated on that,” said Everson in the webinar.
Meanwhile, Taylor Grosso, Sr. Director, Channels and Alliances, Laserfiche shared on the webinar that partners can also expect a lot more opportunities with them. Grosco explained that Laserfiche delivers two components that enable partners to get the best from customers.
First, Laserfiche allows partners to drive professional services easily as their program is seamlessly adoptable. Second, Laserfiche has a consistent ARR with renewals well over 95%. Grosso said this is very desirable from partners that resell technology.
Grosso also mentioned that Laserfiche partners have the opportunity to broaden their scope and venture into other industries as well with them.
“The beauty of Laserfiche is the flexibility of the product. We can adopt to a wide range of specific requirements by customers,” said Grosso.
