Salesforce AI Innovation Hub and Data & AI Centers of Excellence with partners to drive agentic enterprise in Singapore

The highly anticipated Salesforce AI Innovation Hub is expected to go live in June with Data & AI Centers of Excellence with Accenture, PwC Singapore, and Huron also going live later this year.

Salesforce is reaffirming its commitment to Singapore following its US$1 billion investment in Singapore last year. The tech company will be launching an AI Innovation Hub in June this year which is expected to provide businesses and partners in Singapore to get the most of their agentic enterprise AI journey.

Addressing the audience at the Agentforce World Tour in Singapore, Paul Carvouni, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Salesforce ASEAN said Singapore is well positioned to lead the shift to an agentic AI future. With strong government initiatives, he believes Salesforce has the opportunity to drive AI adoption across the economy, elevate the workforce with new skills and create high value jobs to benefit workers and businesses in Singapore.

Salesforce provides the complete operating system for the Agentic Enterprise in this new era. Agentforce brings humans, agents, apps, and data together on one trusted, unified platform, providing the essential infrastructure required to convert raw intelligence into real work and business outcomes.

Agentforce360 has been enabling Singapore organizations to build critical systems of the architecture required in the agentic AI era. Organizations across industries and business sizes including Kaplan, StarHub, INSEAD, Panasonic Asia Pacific, HEPMIL Media Group and Singapore Global Network, are driving business transformations with Salesforce.

“Singapore is uniquely placed to lead. It's the gateway to Asia. We have incredible government support. The National AI Council is leaving no worker behind and a deep focus on both adoption and skilling. So, it’s an incredible time for Singapore. I think when I drill into Singapore, AI can help us scale. It can help from a healthcare perspective, scaling for an ageing population. From a financial services perspective, delivering financial trust to all. And for our MSMEs, who are the backbone of the economy, helping them scale and reach their customers here and across the region is incredibly exciting,” Carvouni said.

Salesforce also announced the availability of Headless360 in Singapore following its unveiling a month ago in the global summit. Headless360 empowers agents and humans for greater collaboration at work with capabilities to enhance outcomes and experiences.

Empowering customers

Kaplan, an award-winning private education institution in Singapore, is using Agentforce to improve operational efficiency and enhance student and prospects experience while Panasonic Asia Pacific is using Agentforce alongside their service team to triage customer requests, recommend personalized solutions and deliver more efficient customer support.

Other customers include INSEAD that is using Agentforce to provide always-on support for prospective and current students on its website and e-portal. HEPMIL Media Group, a Southeast Asia-based influencer marketing and content creation agency, runs its business end-to-end on Salesforce — from leads and opportunity management on Sales Cloud, seamless integrations across platforms with MuleSoft, team collaboration on Slack, to driving data-driven insights on Tableau.

Singapore Global Network (SGN), a division of Singapore’s Economic Development Board, is also using Salesforce as a unified platform to deepen engagement with their global community of about 300,000 members. Meanwhile, StarHub has rolled out Slack across the organization and is progressively building its use to strengthen employee communications and engagement.

At the summit, Salesforce execs also presented a live demonstration of their success with Pandora. Pandora built a personal shopper agent named Gemma using Agentforce that’s designed to help customers choose the perfect piece of jewelry. Gemma gets to know what each shopper is looking for and then makes recommendations based on the occasion, who the gift is for, and the shopper’s budget.

Also sharing its success with Salesforce is Grab. According to Jerry Lim, Group Managing Director at Grab, the company sees a combination of both Agentforce within Salesforce, as well as its in-house AI product called Jarvis when it comes to using AI with its sales teams.

“These are basically agents that work together, and we orchestrate that to make sure that at the end of the day we are able to then equip all our sellers with the right tools to be able to advise them on the context before they engage with a customer. This includes knowing the history and the context and to even generating an agenda and creating a deck for what they need to discuss as an agenda to recommend the next best action for the client,” Lim explained.

Lim added that the agents actually accelerates the entire deal-making process as the agents can respond faster to RFPs, auto-generate quotations within the policy checks that are already embedded within the flows itself, and guide sellers through complex negotiations and discussions with multiple products, with the right features and narratives that could then seal and close the deal.

Working with the partner ecosystem

All of the customer success stories would not be possible without the support and guidance of Salesforce’s partner ecosystem. As such, Salesforce and its partners continue to invest in Singapore and the broader ASEAN region to spur innovation and accelerate AI adoption.

“We're expanding and creating an AI innovation hub in our Singapore offices to allow our customers and partners to come and innovate and really understand how AI can impact their industry and their business outcomes. Our partners are also creating spaces. The likes of PwC, Accenture, Huron are all creating data and AI centres of excellence (CoE) to drive innovation, deployment and adoption. And beyond all this, we continue to invest in our Salesforce teams,” Carvouni added.

The AI Innovation Hub which will be in the Salesforce Singapore office is purpose-built for customers and partners to co-innovate, test, and rapidly deploy Agentforce. The AI Innovation Hub will feature space for hands-on demos, Agentforce activations, and AI fluency training initiatives – an immersive environment designed to accelerate AI adoption across the region.

Salesforce launched its first data and AI CoE in Vietnam with FPT Software last month and has plans to launch more CoEs in Thailand, the Philippines & Indonesia this year.
