HCLSoftware appoints Tech Data to drive APJ growth

Leveraging the AWS Marketplace DSOR Program, Tech Data will be empowered to list HCLSoftware products directly on the AWS Marketplace for customers in the region.

HCLSoftware has announced a new Designator Seller of Record (DSOR) agreement with Tech Data. As an AWS distributor, Tech Data will be empowered to list HCLSoftware products directly on the AWS Marketplace for customers across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) regions. The DSOR program, which is via the AWS Marketplace, simplifies the way customers and partners access HCLSoftware's digital solutions.

By leveraging the AWS Marketplace, HCLSoftware is creating a simplified, efficient route for channel partners and customers to transact and grow their cloud business. With the ability to procure HCLSoftware products and solutions directly from the AWS Marketplace, customers can also leverage existing AWS spending commitments and credits, making it easier to acquire the innovative solutions they need.

For partners, this will enable them to benefit from a more seamless transaction experience on the AWS Marketplace while still receiving the same incentives they would through traditional channels.

According to Anand Chakravarthy, VP, Advanced Solutions, Tech Data APJ, the AWS Marketplace has become a prominent route to market for customers accelerating their cloud transformation, and DSOR enables the distributor to meet them there with greater speed, simplicity, and scale.
