Commercial adoption of AI PCs a key focus for ASUS
“Our approach combines hardware, software, and AI solutions into a complete, end-to-end ecosystem, making AI practical, seamless, and truly useful in every aspect of computing,” says Eric Chen Senior Vice President, System Business Group at ASUS.
As AI PCs continue to see positive growth globally, the market remains dominant by the top three PC vendors globally. Despite this, ASUS believes that it still has a strong command of the AI PC market, with a strong demand by certain industries and sectors for its devices.
In an interview with CRN Asia, Eric Chen Senior Vice President, System Business Group at ASUS shared that AI PCs are already growing strongly, and they’re becoming a bigger part of the PC vendor’s business, especially as more enterprises adopt AI-powered devices to improve productivity and workflows.
“Gaming, commercial, and consumers are driving growth across all segments, helping us reach new revenue heights. We continue to strengthen our comprehensive, end-to-end AI ecosystem, making both commercial and consumer PCs smarter, more capable, and easier to use,” explained Chen.
Chen highlighted that commercial adoption remains a key priority for ASUS, especially with the PC vendor’s recent strategic wins across both SMB and enterprise segments demonstrating that businesses clearly recognize the value of AI PCs and commercial solutions.
“At the same time, we maintain strong leadership in gaming and consumer markets, delivering innovation and performance that keep players and creators engaged. Altogether, our resilient portfolio positions ASUS for sustainable growth across both commercial and consumer segments,” he said.
Innovation in AI PCs
While ASUS is globally known for its gaming and consumer PCs, Chen believes that their AI PC offerings are also capable of meeting the strong AI-demands businesses have for their devices today.
“ASUS AI PCs are built on a comprehensive, end-to-end ecosystem that integrates hardware, software, and AI services seamlessly. They make AI practical and accessible, helping users work smarter, create faster, and be more productive in everyday computing,” Chen said.
For Chen, the AI solutions by ASUS deliver versatile and responsive performance, whether for commercial, creative, or consumer use cases.
“We see deeply into each segment's needs to create intelligent apps that help with workflow. For example, StoryCube and MuseTree assist creators with media file management and easy ideation, while Virtual Assistant helps everyday users enhance productivity in their daily work,” he said.
Chen also highlighted that ASUS AI PCs have strong security and reliability, which is it core advantages, especially with AI-enhanced features designed to protect data and streamline workflows.
“Overall, ASUS AI PCs offer a level of integration and seamless experience that sets them apart from other AI PCs in the market,” Chen said.
