Appistoki unveils Salesforce AI CoE to drive enterprise transformation in the Philippines
The CoE will host customer briefings, live demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative sessions for organizations exploring AI-powered transformation initiatives.
Appistoki, a Novare Channel Partner, has launched the Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) at the Novare headquarters in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the Philippines. The Salesforce CoE strenghtens the vendor’s push to accelerate AI-driven enterprise transformation in the Philippines.
As a Salesforce Summit (Platinum) Consulting Partner based in Singapore, Appistoki has a team of experts across the Philippines, Indonesia, and India. The CoE is expected to serve as a joint innovation hub, where the two companies collaborate to co-develop new applications.
Businesses in the Philippines will have better understanding on how they can implement agentic AI in practical and scalable ways across business operations and customer experience. The new facility will also serve as Appistoki’s dedicated innovation space for Agentforce, Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, and Data 360, Salesforce’s native data engine.
The CoE will host customer briefings, live demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative sessions for organizations exploring AI-powered transformation initiatives. A key focus area of the CEO will be on the real estate industry, showcasing use cases such as intelligent lead engagement, personalized property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support.
The real estate sector in the Philippines accounts for over 5% of the country’s GDP, with a 6.8% expansion in Q1, 2026. Harnessing AI will be pivotal to unlocking this next phase of growth by driving operational efficiency, data-driven customer acquisition, and personalized buyer engagement.
“We wanted to create a space where organizations can experience AI in action. Through Agentforce, businesses will better understand how intelligent and connected customer engagement can transform industries such as real estate,” Abhijeet Kulkarni, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Appistoki said.
According to Victor Silvino, Chief Executive Officer, Novare Technologies, Novare is committed to delivering purposeful and enterprise-ready AI solutions for Filipino companies.
“AI should create a meaningful impact for both businesses and people. This initiative reflects our commitment to helping organizations adopt AI in ways that are practical, responsible, and outcome-driven,” Silvino said.
For Paul Carvouni, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce ASEAN, business success in the Philippines will be defined by organizations that move beyond AI pilots to apply AI where it delivers measurable outcomes.
“Our collaboration with Appistoki on this CoE reinforces our commitment to equipping Filipino businesses with the technology and expertise needed to turn AI ambition into real competitive advantage. Together, we are leading the shift to agentic transformation across the region,” Carvouni added.
Appistoki and Salesforce have worked together to drive successful AI and data initiatives across a myriad of industries including real estate, banking and telecommunications. Customers in the real estate include Ayaya Land. As one of the Philippines’ leading real estate developers, Roscoe M. Pineda, Chief Information Officer, Ayala Land, Inc, shared that Appistoki has been a critical part of its Salesforce journey.
“We're taking that journey to the next level — using AI on top of the data we've built on Salesforce to unlock more value from our investment and our partnership with Appistoki," he added.
In May 2026, Appistoki was named the ASEAN Partner of the Year for the second year running, at the Salesforce Partner of the Year Awards. The partner was recognized for delivering transformative solutions that drive business outcomes for customers across the region. The company was also named the In-Country Excellence Partner of the Year in the Philippines.
