CloudMile, NTT Data win big at 2026 Google Cloud Partners of the Year awards

The awards recognize partners who have displayed a commitment to excellence by leveraging Google Cloud technology to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer success.

Google Cloud celebrated its partners from around the world at the 2026 Partner of the Year awards at Google Cloud Next 2026 in Las Vegas. The awards recognize partners who have displayed a commitment to excellence by leveraging Google Cloud technology to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer success.

The winners consist of large global partners, regional and country partners for success in AI, data, infrastructure modernization and security with Google Cloud. There were also winners for Google Workspace excellence, services and industries solutions as well as building innovative global technology and application solutions on Google Cloud.

In the Asia Pacific region, CloudMile emerged as the big winner, winning four awards including Partner of the Year in the Greater China Region and Southeast Asia region. CloudMile also picked up an award for Partner of the Year for Infrastructure Modernization in APAC and Partner of the Year for Databases in APAC.

Spencer Liu, Founder and Chairman of CloudMile shared that the sweep is the ultimate validation of CloudMile’s technical prowess in mastering the forefront of Generative AI and complex AI infrastructure engineering.

Other partners from the region picking up Country Partner of the Year awards include Datalabs from Indonesia, Cloudspace from Malaysia, Quantiphi from Singapore, LG CNS from South Korea, Microfusion from Taiwan and MFEC from Thailand. Malaysia’s AwanTec also picked up the Public Sector Partner of the Year award for APAC.

Multiple honors for NTT DATA

NTT DATA also picked up multiple honors at the awards ceremony. NTT DATA was recognized for its success with Google Cloud by picking up the Country Partner of the Year Asia Pacific (India) award.

NTT DATA also picked up award in four other categories for the work it has done with Google Cloud in driving solutions ofr customers. These include Data & Analytics Partner of the Year for Asia Pacific, Infrastructure Modernization Partner of the Year for Asia Pacific, Infrastructure Modernization (Migration) Partner of the Year for Japan and Security Partner of the Year for Asia Pacific.

More importantly, it highlights what can be achieved when we stay closely aligned with our clients’ priorities and help them turn their cloud investments into tangible results,” commented Ben Tulloch, Executive Managing Director: Cloud and Security, Asia Pacific, at NTT DATA.

Also at the summit, Kevin Ichhpurani, President, Global Ecosystem, Google Cloud stated that Google Cloud is launching a US$750 million innovation fund to empower partners to accelerate agent development and deployment globally, applicable to every business process, function, and industry.

The funding comes as Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud, shared that Gemini Enterprise is seeing tremendous momentum, with 40% growth in paid monthly active users quarter-over-quarter.
