Genesys APAC partners honored as AI customer experience sees stronger demand

“Being able to help organizations accelerate technology adoption and manage their transformation journey as they move into this AI-first world, and ultimately realize the value faster is why our partners are an extension of Genesys,” says Raveender Singh, Senior Partner Lead, Asia and India at Genesys.

Genesys recognized the success of its APAC partners at its annual Genesys Partner Executive Summit & Drive in Bangkok, Thailand recently. The AI-powered experience orchestration vendor continues to see strong success in the region, with demand for better customer experiences seeing the Genesys Cloud platform accelerate the journey.

In the APAC region, partners play a critical role in enabling Genesys customers to connect workflows across the enterprise, integrate AI across existing technology ecosystems and establish the governance frameworks needed to scale innovation responsibly.

Speaking to CRN Asia, Raveender Singh, Senior Partner Lead, Asia and India at Genesys shared that a lot of the main criteria to recognize these partners was how they have been helping their customers accelerate AI adoption and driving business transformation into those customers from all these various industries and verticals that they take care of.

“We all know that Asia is not one big country. It's a combination of a lot of different countries, languages, digital maturities. And I think partners from our perspective are so important because they bring deep local knowledge, they bring local industry expertise, and most importantly, they bring the experience and wealth of experience of integration capabilities, that sort of help organizations navigate the different regulatory requirements,” Singh said.

He added Genesys’ partner ecosystem is critical for them to navigate those different hurdles that they typically find customers unsure of what to do.

“Being able to help organizations accelerate technology adoption and manage their transformation journey as they move into this AI-first world, and ultimately realize the value faster is why our partners are an extension of Genesys,” he added.
