Glocomp collaborates with NetApp to propel Malaysia’s AI Nation ambition

Glocomp will be leveraging NetApp's secure and resilient data management capabilities to strengthen Malaysia’s innovation ecosystem through enhanced cyber resilience capabilities.

Glocomp Systems has partnered NetApp Malaysia to deliver the vendor’s suite of enterprise-grade data infrastructure solutions for AI innovation to Malaysia organizations. This includes providing NetApp AFX, a disaggregated all-flash storage system built for demanding AI workloads, which was unveiled last year by the vendor.

Apart from NetApp AFX, the partnership will also see NetApp’s AI Data Engine (AIDE), a comprehensive AI data service designed to make AI simple, affordable, and secure made available for Malaysian organizations to harness their data effectively. Both Glocomp and NetApp will work together to deliver these solutions to existing and new customers.

Accoring to Angeline Lim, NetApp ASEAN Senior Director, Glocomp’s commitment to strengthen Malaysia’s innovation ecosystem through advanced data infrastructure and cyber resilience capabilities is commendable.
