OutSystems redesigns global partner program to accelerate AI development
The Elevate program includes a new value-based framework that incentivizes agentic AI innovation and customer success.
OutSystems has launched Elevate, its redesigned global partner program that is designed to accelerate AI development. The updated program marks a strategic shift to a global performance driven "Earned Level" model designed to reward partners for technical expertise, customer impact, and market growth.
Providing partners with a transparent roadmap to scale their business with the leading AI development platform, the program moves away from its previous one-size-fits-all metrics. Elevate will now utilize a point-based system across four critical pillars. These pillars include Financial Contribution, Knowledge, Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat), and Program Track.
According to Ben Yerushalmi, SVP of Partner and Alliances at OutSystems, the vendor’s partners deserve a program that rewards all the ways they engage with OutSystems to drive value and ROI for joint customers.
“Our partners are the architects of the agentic future, and they need a program that moves at the speed of their innovation. Elevate rewards our partners for technical excellence, while helping them accelerate their global scale.”
Taking a deeper look at the changes made to the Elevate program, there will now be a point system weighting for agentic AI credentials, ensuring partners are equipped to lead the next wave of AI-driven application development. Partners can also look towards incentivized outcomes as there is a way to ensure rewards are tied directly to high-quality delivery and customer success.
To ensure global consistently, the program will also be transitioning to a global framework with standardized discounts based on deal size and source, creating a level playing field for all partners.
Impact on APAC partners
Speaking to CRN Asia, Mark Weaser, Vice President at OutSystems Asia-Pacific shared that the Elevate partner program is a performance-driven, global framework designed to empower partners in the APAC region to become leaders in AI development, deepening their technical expertise—specifically in Agentic AI—while maintaining a relentless focus on customer success.
“By prioritizing high-quality delivery and active engagement in our ecosystem, partners will be better positioned to drive faster innovation and higher ROI for our joint customers. Through Elevate, partners benefit from a more predictable, transparent, and performance-driven "Earned Level" model that moves away from one-size-fits-all metrics and can scale their business with global consistency,” Weaser said.
For Weaser, the goal is to incentivize and enable the partner ecosystem to scale high-impact, AI-powered solutions and, moving forward, and encourage partners to deepen their specialized credentials to meet the surging enterprise demand for autonomous AI agents.
“We see significant opportunities to expand our partner ecosystem across APAC - particularly in the markets we operate, such as India, Japan, ANZ, Southeast Asia, and South Korea - where demand for AI development and legacy modernization is surging,” Weaser added.
Weaser also pointed out the Outsystems will be upskilling partners in Agentic AI, accelerating the shift toward vertical-specific solutions in industries like banking, insurance, and healthcare, and reinforcing a strong focus on quality and customer success.
“With a partner-first approach, we are collaborating closely with GSIs, consulting partners, and cloud providers and through the new Elevate program, we empower these partners to deliver innovation at scale, providing the specialized tools and framework needed to drive operational efficiency for enterprises across the region,” he concluded.
