Zoho Corporation has opened its new office in Malaysia. The new office will house both Zoho and Manage Engine teams, two of the Indian tech company’s major divisions. The new office follows the growing demand for Zoho and ManageEngine’s products and services in the country.
With Malaysia’s growing AI ecosystem requiring scalable and cost-effective solutions, Zoho and ManageEngine remain committed to supporting the country’s digital economy ambitions through secure, accessible, scalable enterprise technology.
In his keynote address Gibu Mathew, vice president and general manager for APAC at Zoho Corporation said as Malaysia enters a more critical phase of digital maturity, businesses are putting more emphasis on technologies that are not only powerful but also secure and easier to adopt.
"Our aim is to be present among the local SMEs, enterprises, partners, and government agencies and effectively support them in embracing AI, cloud technologies, and modern workplace solutions,” he said.
Meanwhile, Rajesh Ganesan, CEO, ManageEngine highlighted that Malaysia recorded a 25% growth in 2025, with ManageEngine’s partner ecosystem playing a key role in helping the vendor reach out to more customers in the country.
In 2025, Zoho strengthened its investment in Malaysia through a strategic partnership with Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd to roll out the Zoho for Startups programme via the MYStartup Single Window platform. Through this initiative, Zoho will provide over MYR 30 million in software to support 3,000 startups, enabling access to an integrated, scalable suite of business solutions.
"ManageEngine’s mission, as part of Zoho Corporation, is to make digital transformation simpler for our customers by helping them build and operate robust, resilient, and secure digital infrastructure. Expanding our local presence is central to that mission, allowing us to work more closely with customers and partners in addressing complex, enterprise IT needs. The opening of our Kuala Lumpur office reinforces our long-term commitment to Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region, and our focus on supporting customers here more closely," added Ganesan.
The Malaysia office will also serve as a hub for skills development, workshops, training programs, and community events to help customers and partners build stronger digital and cybersecurity competencies.
